All content on this site — including the Merktop name, logo, design system, source code, copy and graphic materials — is owned by Merktop LLC or used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Merchant content remains the property of the corresponding merchant.
Limitation of liability
Merktop endeavours to keep the platform available and the information accurate but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Merktop is not responsible for content uploaded by merchants, for transactions concluded between merchants and their customers, or for the misuse of the platform by third parties. Mandatory consumer protections under EU law are not affected.
Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wilmington, Delaware, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers resident in the European Union to bring proceedings in their local courts.
